Strategic Concept Development + Executive Presentations
Led initiatives that synchronized Design Teams across Nike at a Global level for Biannual Concept Reviews, presentations for Executive Leadership, Nike Presidents, and other Global VPs that align Innovation, Product Design, Brand, and Merchandising around Nike Concepts.
These presentations featured an immersive room with an ultra wide-format screen and a variety of content such as videos, photos, ai images and animations, graphics, 3D renders and more.
Cross-functional Team Coordination + Leadership
Directed deck creation process, which involved multiple cross-functional Nike teams to review, drive, and discuss the work.
Reviewed content directly with Global VPs and leaders for approval and feedback.
Synchronized dates and gates across cross-functional teams for content review, deck creation, and rehearsals.
Provided cross-functional communications to keep teams aligned.
Content, Vendor + Agency Management
Worked directly with expert designers to create deck content.
Managed end-to-end deck production, overseeing multiple photoshoots, video shoots, other asset creation and procuring and coordinating with external vendors for 3D models of footwear and compiled final images.

What the festival?!
Art & Experience Director: Jan 2015 - Sept 2017
Produced the visual and performing art at a 7,000 person festival.
Managed everything from large scale interactive art to small experiences with personal touches.
Oversaw over 200 artists as a part of the festival; this included procurement, marketing, installation and safety.
Seven employees and countless volunteers directly reported to me.
